In addition to our three annual events, we host special screenings and other single events, often in partnership with local arts organizations such as M5 Arts, the Crocker Art Museum, Verge Center for the Art, the Sacramento Philharmonic Orchestra.

In January 2011, we presented our most prestigious single event to date, a “Cinema-Concert” featuring the classic silent comedy by René Clair, An Italian Straw Hat, accompanied by live musicians of the Sac Phil conducted by French composer Raymond Alessandrini. In February 2017, The SFFF proudly presented three free screenings of French experimental shorts and a 1945 classic at the ambitious multidisciplinary art project, ArtStreet presented by the art collective M5 Arts.

From 2010 till 2015, the SFFF presented a musical events dedicated to French icon Serge Gainsbourg. Other special events include fundraisers, and single screenings.

There are no special events scheduled at this time. Join our newsletter below to stay in touch and be the first to know when we announce events.
