Since its inception the Festival has featured locally produced short
films. In 2008, the SFFF will have its first short film competition open to US residents.
ELIGIBILITY
The film must deal with some aspect of French language or culture.
Running time must be 10 minutes or less.
The film must be in English or subtitled in English.
The competition is open only to US residents.
No film in which an individual involved with the planning and/or administration of the SFFF has participated can be considered for the competition. Such films may be presented at the Festival out of competition.
Films must be received no later than June 15th, 2008.
REGULATIONS
The entry fee is 15 USD (payment by check).
Any originating format is permissible, but screening copy must be submitted in NTSC DVD. Selected films will be shown in DVD format.
Please submit 2 screening copies.
Copies sent will not be returned.
You will receive an email notice before June 30th, 2008 regarding whether or not your film has been selected for inclusion in the 2008 SFFF program.
